Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective materials are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship the Item

Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box, then drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
